Love the day to day descriptions. Every mission is different from another for sure and it’s all a part of the amazing great whole of God’s plan. Knowing and seeing how all the various working parts and aspects of missionary work makes it all the more remarkable to me. Even working at the MTC for 37 years I never knew that what you are both doing was a part of that great whole. Truly inspiring!

And I love all the pics, as always. Curious, how much does one of those lovely bouquets 💐 cost from that flower shoppe.(Notice the old English spelling!😆 haha!)

Sending my love and prayers for lots of sleep!

Love this day-in-a-life summary and hearing about your work! As, and if, you're able, please do tell us more about the various projects you're working on. So interesting!

In regard to British family history, I will be sealing my grandmother to her parents this week--so excited! My aunt in England has done tons of family history--temple work has been completed for generations--but somehow this important ordinance has been missed.

So enjoy hearing about your adventures!

Love all your updates! ❤️

Q: Since Jon is working on legal matters for so many countries, does he need translators very often, or are there English-speaking counterparts in most countries?

Q: Did you get to watch any sessions of conference in real time?

I’m guessing that “petro” will be a street word you’ll share too? When my family lived in Holland years ago, we filled the tank with petro at the Esso station. 😊

*All of the outside legal firms they use in the different countries speak English so all the emails and documents come to him in English.

*We watched 4 of the 5 sessions live, just not the Saturday evening session because it was 1:00 am for us. 🙃

Dear Heidi and Jon,

Love your updates and pictures! You are serving in such a beautiful area. Loved hearing about everyday life in the mission. You are doing great work! I love how comfortable you feel already and that says alot about the country and people you are serving with. Doesn't sound like there is much down time. I bet your days are exhausting! I know Mark and I would have a hard time getting up at 6:30 am. :) Love you guys! Keep up the great work! Mark and Jill
